FOR FREE EMERGENCY REPRESENTATION CALL:07968 358 509

It is often true to say that a case is won or lost during the initial contact a person has with the investigating officers at the police station before, during and after they are interviewed. At Erica Peat & Diable, we train our police station representatives to deal with any situation that may arise and to launch an effective defence long before the case reaches court.

An objective view of the situation is essential when considering how best to handle the police interview. Therefore, nobody should allow themselves to be interviewed without first taking legal advice from a specialist criminal defence solicitor.

To arrange for representation at the police station in an EMERGENCY call us 24-hours a day on 07968 358 509 and an experienced representative will be sent out to you as quickly as possible. This service is completely free of charge to anybody being held in police detention.

Until your legal representative arrives and has spoken to you at the police station you should:

REFUSE to sign ANY documents the police give you.
REFUSE to make ANY comment regarding the reason for your arrest.

After our representative has discussed the situation with you and the police officers we will be in a better position to advise you as to your position and the law regarding your arrest.

Should you require non-emergency assistance, for any type of criminal matter, whether it is in the police station or already in the court system, please call us Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5pm on 020 8553 7 999.
